When it happens to us, we regroup. Take a quick pause. Most of the time, when this happens, it’s completely 180 from what it was before. Most likely, it happens because of the top decision maker got new direction from their Board or Government. We going to the drawing board and re write to accommodate our new directives. No fass, no cries. Just understanding that our client is in the same position and we are here to make him look good!! We going to the beginning, with understanding what materials we already have reserved and what resources we already allocated. Of course we stay with the budget constraints. If client wants something that is not possible, due to the time constraints, we simple ask if they are willing to pay huge premium
