Being agile is an approach that emphasises flexibility, changing market conditions, collaboration and rapid development of small, incremental inprovements. It’s about collaboration, not negotiation. If you are truly agile you can quickly adjust your approach to feedback and add value quickly. Often the process of planning feels “locked in” and predetermined, and while change can be uncomfortable - clearly communicating the WHAT and the WHY brings everybody on board to align with the vision and embrace the challenges to deliver value.
