Once you have joined, is it what you have expected? What are the 'lived values" in the company and your team? What behaviours get rewarded? Speak to colleagues from various parts of the business to understand what drives them, how things work and don't try to be "all things to everyone" - take your time and ease yourself into the organisation. Be curious, approachable and helpful.
