I prioritize by assessing the urgency and impact of each request, addressing high-stakes issues first. Delegating tasks to team members with clear instructions ensures parallel progress. Scheduling time blocks for focused work helps maintain balance and meet all commitments effectively.

1. Assess Urgency vs. Impact: Prioritize requests based on their immediacy and potential impact on individuals or the organization, focusing on the ones with the greatest overall benefit. 2. Set Clear Boundaries: Communicate availability and manage expectations with clear timelines, ensuring quality coaching sessions without overcommitting. 3. Leverage Time-Saving Tools: Use scheduling tools, templates, and pre-prepared resources to streamline session preparation and maximize efficiency.

I always reflect if I am of real value for this particular case or person. Is the request align with my own values? If it is neither- I would not do it.

I'd love to be facing that type of challenge :-) If it urgent, it is probably also very specific. I would use an online calendar where to pick up a 10'/15' appointment with me and decide afterwards. I'd have a 8 minutes chat to see how we could partner to clarify expectations, commitment to objective, evaluate chances of success and estimated time span / number of sessions.

Delegate or reschedule non-critical tasks to create space for the most pressing needs without compromising quality. 3. Use time-blocking to allocate focused periods for each client, ensuring balanced attention and minimizing overcommitment.
