The key here is to identify 1- the main Crux of the analysis 2- decide which task can be prioritized over others in order to meet the deadline 3-Chalk out easier or more simplified version of the analysis we intend showcasing and take more time for the detailed and fine analysis to follow.

I feel client is god and yes he can expect early results.. Always remember those who required solution early is in mess with so many problems so in this situations where there many problems we should identify the most critical / trouble making problem client have .. and solve that. Trust me he will have patience for remaining problems…

In a circumstance like this, I was divided into three phases: For a prompt client demand, we must first Understand the AGENDA. Next comes ANALYSIS and KEY INSIGHTS on demand fulfilment. REVIEW the results of stage two after that, then report back to your clients with the results of the Review stage. Try to persuade them that we can give them this analysis for the time being and promise to give them additional information soon. Adopting this strategy has also resulted in satisfied and persuaded clients who value our actions in meeting urgent demands.
