Acredito que um estudo baseado no monitoramento / observabilidade dos atuais consumos dos recursos e serviços é um ótimo ponto de partida. Em posse deste estudo, precisamos revisar se as capacidades atuais estão acima do provisionado. Se sim, providenciar o redimensionamento, ou novo provisionamento, que seja mais aderente possível as capacidades necessárias atuais e de breve futuro. Entendo que estes pontos podem ajudar a evitar gastos desnecessários, indisponibilidades, operando com uma infraestrutura dentro das devidas necessidades e capacidades necessárias ao negocio.
