Firstly it is important for you to find out what your customers expectations are, if your customer cannot articulate clear requirements then think of and ask questions to understand the level of quality they expect High expectations are just a set of variables that must come together to satisfy your customer, and of course it is important not to forget about the other aspects of the product You as experts must deliver quality not only where the customer expects it, but also where they may not even know about (but you do)
