Eu acho que o sistema brasileiro tem sérios problemas de segurança já que temos muitos crimes via internet e muitos não são resolvidos. As leis brasileiras beneficiam muito os criminosos e temos penas muito brandas. Não adianta ter conformidades regulatórias se a justiça brasileira é uma das mais incompetentes e que beneficia muito a impunidade de criminosos em tudo quanto é area, inclusive na cibernética. Milhares de pessoas praticam crimes todos os dias nas redes até sociais, e no Brasil isso corre até mesmo de dentro de penitenciarias brasileiras.
