When I came to answer this question it had already given one to post! Nothing like AI telling us how to deal with people and their different needs. lol. The truth is nothing replaces one on one conversation with the employee who is struggling, reminding them that everyone does and none of us is immune to it. I often share a time in my own past where I had to overcome something. My employees are my colleagues, and therefore my teammates. I work on how to lift them up and train them how they need it. So training everyone the same thing can and does require multiple efforts to get everyone up to speed. We all learn differently so the teacher must adapt to the student.
