See I know no one can master technical analysis only with the knowledge someone teaches to oneself. What I'll do is I'll arrange the necessary technical analysis sessions and will teach them the required basics. After that, I will give them tasks so that they spend most of their time with charts only. I can be their mentor teaching them the roadmap but they will be the master when they learn it from the charts, price, and time. Mastering technical analysis means understanding the behavior, and psychology of the people around us and also who are to accessible by us. Get a roadmap and work on it with a laser-sharp focus. This is the only way. You'll get the right answer from the price only if you know how to ask the right question.

When my team is struggling with issues with technical analysis I make sure they are they do not take any wrong decision due to lack of knowledge. I always work in team and share knowledge among each other. When dealing with technical analysis of Stocks I make sure they have been provided proper training on candle sticks and line charts at different time frames along with proper use of different indicator and oscillators. Apart from this there is always a SME subject matter expert who can resolve the issues of the team When ever required on real time basis.
