In my opinion, a healthy & trusted work environment is needed, where you encourage: - Diverse problem-solving styles are a team's greatest asset, not its Achilles' heel. - Cultivate a culture of psychological safety where everyone feels valued and heard. - Encourage open, honest dialogue. Actively listen to understand, not just to respond. - Celebrate the unique strengths of each team member. - Recognize that diverse perspectives lead to more robust solutions and greater innovation. - Invest in conflict resolution training with the tools to navigate disagreements constructively and emerge stronger. Remember, true collaboration thrives when individuals feel respected, valued, and empowered to contribute their unique brilliance.

Problem can occur at anytime with varying degrees and reasons. It is important to understand that it is a problem and not just symptom. Be objective and see problem as it is. What is it that you want to achieve but was not able to achieve because of the problem encountered. Emphasize also that no problem solving tool fits for all types of problems. Each has its own strengths, limitations and recommended applications. The most important thing is you were able to establish the problem and its recommended solutions. Then work for it. Let team members be trained on conflict resolution to broaden their competency. It does not also absolutely mean that when you solve a problem it will be gone forever. Because another problem will surface.
