Find the route cause. Is it the way they are being coached? Is it the coaches? What has changed since you started to identify the change? - Use key performance indicators. - Adopt a change mindset by allowing more communication across all of the team and staff. - organise team cohesion events that aren’t within the sport you are actively involved in. - look at the standards you are expecting the teams performance to be.

Open two way communication is the best way to ensure the team strategic goals will be met. Many companies talk 2 way communication but fewer listen both ways. Just my opinion.

Ultimately your a team, and working as a collective rather than a group of individuals. - Facilitate open dialogue: Want to talk frankly about all ideas, including your own with the team, peer review, what's best for the team, and how do we get to that point - Establish common goals: You all want the same outcome which is to succeed so how are you best placed to do that, what's the quick wins, what's the mid wins, and what's the long term goals - Encourage collaboration and be Flexible: Your weaknesses could be others strengths and visa versa, be flexible, adapt and work as a collective to get to the end product.
