And I would definitely ask a lot of questions - emphasizing the sincerity of my interest 😉😁. The team is meeting for the first time: this is the ideal scenario where nobody knows each other, and you have an opportunity to start anew. The team is meeting YOU for the first time: you will not gain their trust 'quickly,' nor in that meeting. The first meeting is always "how do you do" and "tell me about yourself". Listen to people's experiences and get to know them. That should be followed by a number of 1:1s to understand and listen to staff concerns.
