I brought in an expert to lead workshop so our team was all on the same page. We placed the expert on a small retainer so we could reach out when we got stuck, and so they could offer use guidance based on performance over the next 90-days. Finally, the expert provided a list of recommended training we could take from various sources to stay on top of changes.

Our team is a hybrid team, and we have regular workshops every 2 weeks about each executive's speciality. After the sharing, we discuss how to implement different goals and ideas into our own section of marketing, and how it will benefit us. Another super important thing is giving them the compass needle. Whether that's enquiries, sales amount, or ROAS, it's important that they have the access and understanding to track it as they perform, allowing them to optimize and A/B test effectively.
