En ciertos entornos empresariales está arraigado el pensamiento de que los empleados sólo deben acatar órdenes. Creio que organizar workshops interativos para mostrar os benefícios das novas práticas e usar exemplos reais de como essas mudanças podem reduzir custos a longo prazo, melhorar a eficiência e criar um ambiente de trabalho mais responsável seria uma atividade relevante. Durante esses encontros, abrir espaço para que a equipe faça perguntas e compartilhe preocupações, permitindo esclarecimentos e ajustes nas estratégias com base no feedback. Uma abordagem que envolta transparência, educação, envolvimento de todos e apoio.
