To address language barriers, prioritize clear and inclusive communication.Hence, make use of graphics, flash cards, summaries made in papers and use some features such as translation applications. Make sure clients listen entirely and restate important information once in a while. For instance, once in a team I was managing, we introduced a glossary of terms and weekly share-out mails. This helped in reducing ambiguity and kept everyone to a common goal. Support the team to ask questions and clear their doubts pertaining to the use of the software by ensuring that there is no form of embarrassment in asking questions. The major key in participating with others is when all feel that their voices have been respected.

Language is a way to communicate words or feelings to others. Everything needs an effective strategy to implement. First is to be patient while communicating your feeling, second is to get feedback from team if they understood or not. In between there are many factors that needs to be implemented for eg., training/drills/written communication/clear deadline etc. Every battle can be won through patience.
