Start by making silence awkward. Seriously. In meetings, ask a question. And then wait. The silence gives quieter voices a chance to jump in. People will talk when you give them space. Ditch the group chats for important discussions. One person’s 100 texts a minute can drown everyone out. Try scheduled check-ins instead. Rotate who leads discussions. The loudest voice isn’t always the best leader. Give everyone the mic. And don’t just INVITE feedback. Call it out. Ask individuals directly, WHAT'S YOUR TAKE? It shows their voice matters. Because it does. Communication isn’t just about talking. It’s about making sure everyone gets to talk.

I think the best way is to be clear and using language that the team understands and you should communicating in a location that is free of distractions. Don’t make any judgements about what someone may be experiencing, always ask!

Communication Challenges arise due to lack of open and professional communication, to tackle these circumstance, the rightful individual has to take two accounts into action. 1. Theory and 2. Call to Action. 1. Theory- Documenting every individual or employees concerns via feedback tools or 1-2-1 conversations to deal with issues that could be the contributing factors for poor communication. 2. Call to Action- Set in place quarterly training sessions, foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued, creating a safe space for all voices to contribute constructively.

Observe, Identify, Address & Counsel. Observe each member of your team. Identify the communication gaps and isolate the causes of friction. Address the gaps and discuss a way forward. Hear each member out and counsel them both individually, and as a team. Help them realise they're all there with a common purpose. To work with each other towards common goals. To choose collaboration over competition.
