In the given situation here are some strategies to keep momentum flowing: -Foster an environment of trust and integrity so team members are supportive of each other and accomplish more through effective teamwork - Enhance productivity by timeboxing, prioritized discussion topics, and outcome-based meetings and events - If you must have a longer sprint conduct multiple reviews and feedback sessions throughout the sprint so the team doesn't get surprised at the end of the sprint - Ensure you follow INVEST criteria to create the user stories and prioritize it based on business value and return on investment - Automate admin work and engage in activities to relax

The PM or delivery guy should know what needs to be delivered first. Can always discuss with the customer what the customer wants to see first. Daily Standups should not exceed 8 -10 minutes, which I follow strictly. Always teams should know the urgency of task and timelines. Reduce multitasking and encourage task completion before starting new ones. Recognize accomplishments, both big and small, during and after sprints always consider holidays, leaves, client holidays. . No weekend working policy.
