First, I would reassess whether the overall process could be slowed down slightly to give everyone an opportunity to reflect and recharge. At the same time, I would work more closely with the team to show them that they are supported and appreciated through these efforts.

I guess first of all I would prevent my team of being exhausted no matter how important or demanding project is I value and care for my team more and if it means making less money but keeping my team in a good mental state I will choose team's well-being because in a long run I will make even more than I lose but my people for whom I took responsibility will be happy and healthy under my leadership it's one of my core value to take care of my clients, students, emloyees for people I am responsible for.
