(Can’t wait) 2️⃣ What can wait until later? (Important but not urgent) 3️⃣ What can someone else do, or what doesn’t really need to happen? (Share or skip) Also, ask yourself: Does the team have the tools they need to work better? Sometimes, the problem isn’t too much work but how the work gets done. And don’t forget to cheer them on. A quick “thank you” or “great job” can really boost spirits.
