Reward success in an organizational manner to encourage more success. Introduce some periods for skill-developing or some tasks, which require creativity in them to refresh them. Sometime in my previous job, I used a concept known as no-meeting Friday which actually enhanced productivity and the spirit of workers. Remind people to check in so that workloads are reasonable, and morale is high.
