Another approach might consist of using the community subgroup's concept of "talking circles" and ensuring that the meetings begin with a structured opportunity for all participants to be heard.

I feel that this transparency builds trust and reinforces that every voice has contributed to the outcome.

I work everyday finding ways to provide sustainable education to the next generation in underserved communities throughout the world. They need whatever support we can give to them. Finding creative solutions for environmental sustainability and providing solutions based on hands on application is the best way to inspire the next generation to combat climate crisis. Everyday I will keep focused and not lose the momentum.
