Identify key opinion leaders and encourage dialogue so all perspectives are heard, acknowledged and respected. Encourage leadership of all stakeholder teams to gather differing points of views from their team members so each team members feels heard. This will allow each team to voice valid reservations that could be preventing technology adoption. Follow up with a meeting of all teams, provide training and hands on experiences for the teams to increase comfort with the new tech. Create a safe space for the team leads to share their findings. Remind them of their shared objective, which is technology adoption & how this new technology will eliminate past problems, make systems more efficient and align with the organization’s larger goals.
