Motivate them. Make sure BEFOREHAND that they feel appreciated. Like you can’t exist without them. Give them the tools they need to succeed and let them do their thing. Daily affirmations of your appreciation will you get far. You have to build a team mentality and key in on their strengths. Never freak out when there’s a mistake. We all make them. Instead… let them know what they did wrong in a positive way. Assure them that mistakes happen and that by learning from them… the whole team is stronger.

The best way we motivate our team members is with positive affirmations when things get stressful and landing a hand where they need. When jumping into the mix and being hands on they see the hard work we also put in and are encouraged to do the same. We offer training and insight for things that aren’t common knowledge and there is no such thing as a dumb question. Durning rush or peak hours the team works best when they are asked to complete a task. Not when told to complete a task. Through these methods we have fewer mistakes and more of a willingness for improvement.
