With limited resources, you have to get creative. I've noticed a growing trend on social media where employees appear to be sharing lots of content about their company's offerings. This is an interesting strategy because you're creating buzz around your company at scale at almost no extra cost. If executed well, the employees also get to become more familiar about their offerings, processes, & customer feedback firsthand (through engagements on their posts). It's an unorthodox strategy, but very creative & effective especially if you're still bootstrapping your business.

I'm not sure where the idea came from that digital marketing is the way to "turn things around" if sales are slow. You can have a great message but if the product or service is not up to par people won't buy. You need to have a handle on why sales are slow before anything else. It could be that a competitor has gained an edge, a problem with fulfillment, poor customer service, a recent price increase, or a decline in product quality. If you are able to identify and fix the problem somewhere in the chain, you may not need to change anything about your digital marketing.

Traffic down -> Spend on ads, look for low cost exposure, build your long term foundation for TOF CVR down -> Assess your consumer journey, checkout process, and funnel messaging AOV down -> Pricing strategy, bundle offers, or repeat purchase offers
