Potentially you'll have something you need to feed in to something else, or link to somewhere else and it'll need a few calls with the vendor, you may find it might cost more. If you're a company with proprietary tech or legacy tech you'll have some customisations on your hands that'll take time and resources. . . . Manage it as a project, even a small one.
