Five simple rules: 1] Share the agenda in front of the meeting (directly in the invitation) 2] Keep your audience involved and have a conversation, not a presentation 3] Most important parts of your agenda should be at the beginning, not in the middle or at the end. 4] Challenge your participants to create notes, action steps, questions, assign tasks directly in the meeting, etc and keep the last part of the meeting for this or for short wrap-up 5] Be present. Do not just " do the job", but be there with your audience (possible cameras on, join early to meet with the early birds and just talk with them, make close ups after each topics, ask questions, point participants, etc.)
