First, work backwards from the desired outcome. Then have individual meetings with all participants to reinforce the desired goal, and the importance of listening to and respecting other’s opinions. Second, remind everyone that not all decisions are based on group think. At the end of the day, working backwards with the desired outcome in-mind should really drive the direction.

First identify the root of the dispute. - If it is between 2 individuals ot is best to hear both versions separately and sit with both colleagues and talk openly and resolve the differences. It is important to have clear actions without any preference to one party - If the dispute is between groups or teams, put in every effort to get to the root of the issue. Offer solutions, have a spoc in the remote location who can review progress and be in constant touch with the teams

First- This can be avoided and lessened if setting of stage and walk the talk has been established. Second- A strong team bond and consistency of execution can address the gap immediately. Bond- influence accountability, autonomy and initiaitves Lastly- Compassion ("Project Malasakit" my mantra) goes a long way. Culture makes a big difference!
