At the end of the day, it’s about collaboration, not convincing others that one opinion is 'right.'

Actually there are 2 conflicting items in a situation whereby quality standard is the concern: 1. About how much we want to pay to achieve that much quality of our product or services. This will closely related with at how high our price will be at the market. 2. About how fast we want to launch or product and services to customers. This will closely related with resources and complexity of testing effort. Draw an "equilibrium" point wherby all team can agree to what extend we can meet all the requirements and agree on those 2 parameters. Bring a common understanding to all, and meet at the closest point to start from there.
