Accept the current dynamics .. A few steps that have worked for me 1. Take a holistic view of Life using the wheel of life. Jot down all the sections that constitute the wheel of life, namely career, social, financial, physical spiritual, intellectual, and family. 2. now recognise the areas which are working well, applaud yourself on those areas that are working well. 3. On, the ones that are not working well Reprioritise your goals with a flexible mindset. Keep short-term goals and celebrate small wins. Keep going and remember This too shall pass!
