Je ne suis pas d'accord avec la notion de bénévole clé. Elle implique à mon entendement une personne indispensable sans qui rien ne peut être entrepris. Non il n'y a personne qui soit indispensable. Des personnes peuvent avoir des compétences spécifiques ou pointues dans un domaine donné. Revenant à la problématique, en cas de départ d'un bénévole de mon équipe, je peux procéder comme suit: 1/ Le remplacer par un autre bénévole à qui je ferai confiance et l'encourager ai dans cette responsabilité. 2/ Assumer personnellement la responsabilité en préparant une autre personne a le substituer

At first try to make a commitment with them for the event so that every volunteer know the importance of the event. In case of emergency, some volunteers won't be able to attend the event then in that case there must be a backup. Quality of ab event manager is always had a plan B. Secondly, one must know the working process of management so that event runs smoothly. Thirdly, the rest volunteers must be cooperative and compatible to work hard to make the event run smoothly. Lastly, the manager must handle things smartly so that no one gets to know about the absence of volunteers.
