Within a Team there are always people with different years of experiences. -I use to assign an experienced Mentor to the new junior. -Guide Mentor and discuss with him on how to optimize the resource. If the person is hired for technical role, give a good insights on product knowledge initially. -Provide LAB and on daily basis, ask to observe how a Mentor is working on issues. -**Guidence is key to success. On personal level, I use to guide the path to success for Joiner.
