Few things I have always found helpful: 1. Leader has to lead from front so that the resources learn from that. 2. Communication is single most important thing,particularly in hybrid work from home world, because no one can sense your body language on the phone. 3. Keep stressing these in all meetings with adequate live examples. These story telling goes a long way. 4. Replace folks who are not able to demonstrate. They will cause more damage than good. 5. Use some of these practical courses on comms that are in linkedin or udemy. 6. Incentivise folks who have demonstrated this ability

I am a big advocate of having a strong mentor/protege strategy in place for high-potential leaders. Typically, those who struggle with communications either don't know of the challenges, or choose to ignore the limitations they possess. In either case, having a strong mentor who is also an honest, candid "truth-teller" can ensure that hi-po leader has more awareness of their areas of development, which may allow for them to be more receptive to solutions.

Keep your communication regular, authentic, clear, cover the positives and the negatives, consider different formats - email, videos, town halls, small groups and don’t duck a question. Look to inspire but also look to congratulate and recognise your team as well as clearly lay down the path forward. Also try and be respectful of different cultures and national holidays so that each person feels important and inclusive. Also if you work in a multilingual organisation then do ensure you consider translating some key messages.

Cela est vrai, du fait qu’ils ne sont plus dans leurs zone de confort qu’ils maîtrisent et le fait d’arriver dans une autre zone ou autre niveau certains perdent leurs agilité d’échange ou managériales dont ils ont fait preuve pour passer le niveau. Il ne faut pas oublier qu’avant d’être un leader celui ci faisait partie d’une l’équipe. Cette équipe maintenant sait mettre la pression et intimider certains leaders. Pour les aider il faut commencer par de la formation et les accompagner tout au long d’une période de transition déterminé. Aussi échanger avec dotée cadres de d’autres entreprises ou services pour en parler des bonnes ou mauvaises choses qu’ils vivent. Il n y a pas de méthode miracle il faut se lancer et conquérir l’équipe ☝️

Generalmente la comunicación es considerada como un elemento más del conjunto de herramientas de gestión del día a día en las compañías. Creo que la comunicación debe formar parte de los valores de la compañía y de la cultura de la misma. Por qué creo esto? Porque tener problemas de comunicación puede llegar a afectar a clientes, proveedores, resultados económicos debido a una mala decisión, a una decisión a destiempo, etc., etc., etc. Y cuando esto ocurre se buscan soluciones en base a herramientas de "comunicación", y aquí hay un mar de opciones de herramientas colaborativas. Si no hay una cultura que sienta en sus entrañas la importancia de una comunicación buena/efectiva/positiva, las herramientas no lo resolverán por sí solas.
