Immer im Gespräch zu allen Beteiligten bleiben, sodass jeder stets mitgenommen wird. 5. Helfen, falls jemand Hilfe braucht. 6. KOMMUNIKATION. Sie is immer und überall eins der wichtigsten Dinge. Ich versuch durch Gespräche rauszufinden, warum der Betroffene nich pünktlich liefert - es gibt immer ne Ursache für Verspätungen - und wenn ich kann, helf ich die Ursache zu beseitigen.
