Clearly defining the RACI matrix: Roles and responsibilities needs to be defined and everyone should be aware what is expected of them. Team should be aware of project objective. 2.Communication: Have a open discussion with the team and understanding their concerns. Ensuring their views are taken and feedback is incorporated in the Project execution. 3.Conducting Team workshops: Having team workshops helps in bonding and foster better work culture. 4.Building the team grow: Regular Rewards & Recognition keeps the team motivated, Creating a path of continuous learning which helps the team to grow .

The old school way never gets old! Get the teams together either in person or online and set clear goals. Help them understand the value proposition and why the body of work is important for the organisation. Ensure the leaders are aware and get their buy in to get the desired support. Once the basics are sorted, enable regular cadence to keep things on track.
