Mindfulness means just maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment through a gentle, nurturing lens. I recommend having 2 sessions per day of 5 minutes, one before work and one after work; the first will help you ease the anxiety for the working day to come; the second will help you ease the tiredness or frustration from the working day and disconnect so that you can enjoy your family or friends fully.
