Life is a marathon, not a sprint and so is career. I like to encourage my clients to make their journey through every stage, and take the lessons as they go. Every phase we go through in life prepares us for the next level. I also encourage them not to run from the challenges they might face but to find a way through it. It is by doing so that they gain expertise and solid insights. Finally, we learn by doing. Do it afraid, do it unsure but in the end, learn from it because we live to learn.
