La première réponse à la demotivation est la gratitude. Pour revoir les choses de manière positive il faut reconnaître ce qu on a: situation actuelle ( santé ; emploi; famille ; compétences etc...) qui n est pas donnée à tout le monde et qui est peut-être enviée par certains. Ensuite revoir les facteurs de motivation et redéfinir les plans pour changer ce qui ne marche pas ou n a pas marché. Mettre une stratégie en place pour réaliser des petits objectifs motivants à court terme. Ça peut être débuter une activité caritative ou une activité sportive gratifiante ou même contribuer au développement personnel de quelqun d autre.
