Begin to work with an initial concept and develop it until ensure that the objective of functionality is achieved, then -The second stage will be about working on the aesthetics, this would be easier since you already dominate the concept of functionality, sometimes it will be impossible to avoid that these two aspects have conflicts between them, but it will be easier to create a balance since one of them is already well defined and completely dominated.
