Actually I disagree with the budget cuts, after months of planning and getting it approved thru a long chain of PEOPLE, we should not be doing it rather than finding ways of negotiating our contracts with the clients by adding value to the existing services. Our resources are always there, how we manage them will tell us where we head at the end of the day!
