I'm a big believer in *not* re-writing resume bullets for every job application. The pressure to fully customize your resume for every role can be a real time suck and can cause burnout before the process has even begun. Instead, I would use a resume that is relevant to the types of roles themselves. If you're going for very different types of roles (Ex: individual contributor roles and manager roles), then you can have 2 different versions of your resume. The one thing I would customize for each job description is the skills section. It's an easy double check to make sure your skills section has the appropriate keywords, without needing to re-do your carefully crafted bullets.

Find out what trigger points they care about - have you solved similar issues in prior roles? • Finally, review the resume holistically to ensure your unique story and achievements are clearly articulated and align with the company's needs
