Practically apply whatever you learn, at your work place. 3. Put Special attention to details, while dealing with clients. 4. Learn from whatever you are applying, and discover & customize your self leardership style. Be consistent. Thanks.

If you think this is a chance to prove your leadership and shine. That is wrong. If you want to build your leadership skills in a client-facing role, understand what the client is seeking for you to do: be a solution provider. One, This shows them, that you understand what they need and have a concern for this. Two, Get to the point, no one has time to waste anymore—communicate effectively. Three, Come prepared for every meeting anticipating needs and addressing those issues. Clients know they face problems, they are looking to see if you’ll address it and solve it too. Give them that and you will set yourself apart!

- Knowing the customer, not only their business, but also the company's culture and values; - Present my way of acting, looking for alignments with the client's profile; - Investigate the company's history in relation to success stories, as well as difficulties in its processes; - From this, develop and present client action strategies to achieve their results and goals, applying clear, objective communication, being attentive to real difficulties, but transmitting and reinforcing the confidence and training necessary for the team to act with autonomy; - Diligently monitor your processes, with necessary reviews and adjustments as new needs and challenges arise.

I live by “Leaders are readers” and like to share resources with clients when I hear a need. I like to be a resource to clients. That can mean sharing useful resources with clients—and I aim provide a quick summary of key ideas and resource highlights whenever possible.

First of all, and paradoxically, if your are focusing on your own leadership—-like this is all about you—-you’ll probably due harm to your client, or at the very least the client will find your services shallow. The 2nd mistake is to “listen” to go straight into problem solving. Until you find out why the issue is so important to the client, you won’t know what direction the client wants to go. You’ll also probably deliver the solution options you have to sell which, again, is all about you and you may lose your integrity with the client. Finally, the client will most likely prefer to be empowered in some way as well, not just become totally dependent on you. Your relationship-building will drive most ALL your success & loyalty.
