Time Zone differences at work may be a challenge for one's time routine but it also offers opportunities for preparation and planing. It is always fascinating how small the world has become. Through online meetings one is able to schedule meetings with anyone at anytime around the globe. This can mean that one has to get up before anyone else or stay at office when everyone else has already left hours ago. I have found that one has to utilise the time that is offered. Before late meetings one can check up the meetings content again, catch up with work that is dragging behind or prepare for the next day. It is best to counter these uneven working hours with a healthy workout that keeps the brain fresh and the body energy balanced.
