I think love language could come into play here in an interesting way. According to Chapman, the five "love languages" are: > Words of affirmation - Private and public thank you's like program notes and social media posts > Quality time - Private tours or special talkbacks with the artists > Gifts - Flowers or physical dedication like a plaque > Acts of service - A special event of their choosing like a private performance in their home > Physical touch - Trickiest one, but also potentially meet and greet? Finding out what would be the most meaningful to the individual donor will have the biggest impact. This could be a data point stored in the CRM.
