May be you can start with creating a job status report (JSR) with required turn around time (TAT) for each of the jobs you are handling. If you could add a column on the impact it will be great. After this have a discussion with your manager and seek his/her help in prioritizing. The prep work will help you have an objective discussion, without it being crib session on you being overworked.

Focus on 1 task at a time and move forward. Prioritise and delegate the tasks which can be done by others. Use automated processes to do repetitive tasks. Minimize meeting time as it cuts into your productive work time.

Time Blocking is imperative. Allocate specific time throughout the day to focus. ex- I allocate 9:00 am to 11:00 am every weekday exclusively for work projects. During this time block, I turn off all distractions, like social media notifications and emails, and focus solely on projects. By committing this time specifically, I’m able to create a dedicated space for creativity and productivity. This focused approach helps produce higher-quality work more efficiently. Additionally, it ensures that other tasks, like emails and meetings, don’t distract on my time block time, allowing to maintain a balanced schedule and meet deadlines consistently.

Ask why you are being given so much work. Is it personal with you or with everyone? Ask why your boss behaves the way he or she does. Trust your intuition. If you sense hostility it may be true. There is no other way but to look for a new job if the answer to both is a personal vendetta. There is no way to change the mind of a senior or a boss who has already decided what to feel about you or do with you. The harder you try the more polarised they get. Also, as you are trying so hard to cope, your boss may be bad-mouthing you before her boss so she can fire you without question.
