In order to start your own setup you have to gain the basic knowledge of your own local laws that basically shape how you operate your real estate attire… here in Pakistan we have society laws then sitting upon them are local body laws or mainly known as Registration laws then finally the laws of the Land… but with changing times and A.I revolution things have changed for e.g you know nothing but you’ve got a software that’s up to par and marketing team that’s generating you leads …! There you go you can further branch out. But that don’t mean that one gets laid back no no Hardwork is must if you wish to Succeed at Real Estate Development.. it’s top of the ‘Money’food chain…!!
