Je nach Lebenssituation gibt es unterschiedliche Gründe für eine Lücke, von Arbeitslosigkeit, Krankheit, Pflege von Angehörigkeiten etc... Gerade zum Berufsbeginn kann es dauern, bis man eine Stelle gefunden hat. Sich auf dem Arbeitsmarkt orientieren, Bewerbungsprozesse können dauern, sich gegen Mitbewerber:innen durchsetzen. So kann schnell einige Zeit vergehen. Auch eine Neuorientierung kann Zeit benötigen, bspw. wenn man doch einen andere Weg/Ausbildung/Studium wählen möchte. Diese Zeit kann wichtig sein, um sich sicher zu sein, die neuen Aufgaben mit genug Energie und Motivation anzugehen.
