In my experience, to navigate team dynamics that block Agile adoption requires that we foster collaboration and address underlying issues by encouraging honest communication within teams creating a safe environment where team members feel comfortable sharing thoughts and concerns without fear of judgment. It is important to undertake team-building activities to strengthen relationships and build trust among team members to break down silos and improving collaboration and address conflicts promptly. Empowering team members by giving them task ownership and involving them in decision-making processes increases their engagement and commitment to Agile practices. Providing training on Agile principles/practices is needed to ensure commitment.

Usually team dynamics are affected due to difference in opinions among few or majority of the team members. In order to unblock: 1. Resolve: Talk one-to-one with the team members in order to know their problems and challenges. 2. Build Trust: Build trust in Agile as a method and if there are any adjustments to be done then align the processes as per the team's comfort whenever possible. This builds trust that they are being heard. Offer them a few trial Agile cycles for adoption for few weeks. 3. Change: After few Agile cycles, if the team is not comfortable then it's best to change the methodology and implement personalized unique ways as per the organization structure etc.
