Prior to the project starting preempt the possibility and discuss as a group how you’d like to support each other to navigate the likely stress. Invite each person to share their own stressors and support structures they find useful

Quite common for project teams to given in to pressure during certain phases of project things that I do myself and with team I manage, hope it helps the reader also; - Always have a meeting for early morning with all teams with everyone to have a min to state their point of view about things done till that point and small insight on what is next - Always have a common goal established for all to sync mentally - give ownership of task delivery to everyone assigned to it - for conflicts remind all of common goal and what is the contribution done alredy and move forward.

I find that you always need to start with yourself. Once you are less conflicted and stressed, you can help address team conflict. Calm and center yourself with your favorite relaxation technique. Then, check your attitude toward each person on the team to ensure you are not overly emotional or negative. * Are you able to value the relationship and their contributions? If not, take a moment to recognize their strengths and identify reasons to be grateful for them to be on the team. * Are you resentful or irritated toward them over past unfair or conflicted situations? If so, recognize your feelings and acknowledge the hurt. Decide to let go of hard feelings so you can look at this situation objectively without the burden of the past.
