Some of the things that I have seen being successful in my experience are: •Implemented a clear anti-bullying policy addressing cyberbullying, with defined consequences and support mechanisms. •Educated students on digital citizenship through assemblies, Life Skills/PSHE lessons, and open conversations about responsible online behaviour. •Established a safe and proactive reporting system for addressing concerns. •Used restorative practices to hold students accountable and repair relationships. •Empowered middle leaders to handle these challenges effectively and collaboratively. •Fostered a respectful and safer environment for all.
